"I ordered a Nikon D5000 body (refurb) from J&R. They had the cheapest price and free shipping. I decided I wanted a kit with a lens, and called them to cancel. They offered me a $20 discount to keep the order, which I did. I got the discount right away, and the camera arrived a couple of days later. This is the second refurb Nikon I've ordered, and they both looked & worked like new. I've ordered a lot of other stuff from J&R, they are fine to deal with."

They did call to verify the order (and ask if I needed anything else, which I did not) but they were not pushy at all. I got my camera a couple of days later for the advertised price. I would order from them again."
"My order has not been delivered after 6 days; order status not updated on web page (stuck on "Invoiced"); no tracking number available. There has been no response to online help or email. Called and spent 35 minutes on hold to find out they don't know the tracking information or even if it's been shipped or not. They've charged my card (of course). They used to be an OK company but have apparently taken a customer service nosedive in the last 6 months."

"We placed a $4,200 order on a Federal Gov't purchase card. All items were listed in stock, but the order was slow to ship, 14 days passed before our order was shipped.
One 250 GB SATA drive out of 12 was DOA. They have received the returned drive (2/4/2004) but we are still waiting for them to ship a replacement as of 2/19/2004. Our project is dead in the water waiting for this part.
We are not satisfied at all, and will not do business with eWiz again."
