"I received the order timely and customer service was friendly, but, the motherboard did not work. I didn't want to buy the same brand of motherboard again due to my recent experience. I was informed they would not exchange for another brand of motherboard so I was stuck with a 15 percent restocking fee on top of nonrefundable return postage."
