"Order shorts 10 days ago and still have not shipped out.. spent 90 min hear the same thing being transferred, disconnected, connected to a fax machine, but no manager and all they do is apologize and say covid.. sorry but covid.. I have my own business and and a year later Covid is no excuse for poor CS"
