"I ORDERED A WATCH BEGINNING OF DEC 2012. IT NEVER ARRIVED. STILL WAITING FOR THE CREDIT I WAS PROMISED AS SOON AS THE INVESTIGATION IS FINISHED. IT WAS SHIPPED DURING CHRISTMAS TIME AND SUPPOSEDLY DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS. I AM OUT ABOUT $80.00
no one has contacted me about this and i have contacted them at least 12 times always told to give it more time. well tomorrow well is almost a month how much more time do they need???
I DOUBT I WILL EVER SEE MY MONEY OR THE WATCH... NOR WILL I BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN ANYTIME SOON AND I HAVE A CREDIT WITH THEM....
OVER A MONTH?? NOT RIGHT AND NOT FAIR. HAD TO BORROW MONEY TO BUY HUBBY A DIFFERENT (SIMILAR AS SAME BRAND) WATCH FROM ANOTHER COMPANY

the dog toy is different ordered in sept 2012. the original one (blue yetti) was trash in a few days i called them and they replaced it with a different one (tough many tony blue) that is still in good shape today. and it is one of her favorite toys"
