i ask 5 times for ALL SCREWS for ALL DOORS, the response for a hinge, or something else. i dont know why they dont understand.
"i ask 5 times for ALL SCREWS for ALL DOORS, the response was for a hinge, or something else. i dont know why they dont understand. If they do not have SCREWS, why want they just tell me. The last lady 2 or 3 weeks ago, totally disrespectful. i was suppose to get a return call 3 weeks ago. NOTHING!! i wouldnt be surprise if she close my case out. If she did that's BAD Customer Service and she should be put through training on how to resolve issues .
