"In December 2024, I purchased a CNC machine from RobotShop.
The machine was expected to be in stock on the 4th of January 2025.
After two weeks without a response, I contacted RobotShop, which apologised and promised a delivery date of January 27 or sooner. Today is January 29th, and I have still not received anything. The latest response from RobotShop is that my order is further delayed and will first arrive after February 27th. I have paid for the CNC, and paid plenty for shipping (€413.76) and the CNC is in stock on the manufacturer's website. I am very unsatisfied..."

On January 11th, we informed you via email that the new estimated arrival date is now around February 25th, 2025. We understand that this situation is far from ideal and appreciate your patience.
