"I did not get credit for my rewards points, even though I put a note in the order to do so. Later on, after I received the order and saw the note was in the invoice, but I wasn't credited with the points, I went through an exercise to figure out how they should have been exercised. In that process, my rewards points suddenly disappeared."

"This is an awful organization. They are unscrupulous an deceptive. We ordered an auto stereo unit based on their ordering page; did not get what we ordered, and they refuse to accept returns, no matter how much evidence we present to them that they deceived us with their ordering page and also did not acknowledge the fact that we told them NOT to ship (prior to shipment), when we smelled a rat. Avoid this company at all costs."
