"I will never order from this site again. First time ordering texts for my son. Was charged immediately for 1 book then got an email telling me that they can fulfill and will take days to refund. The other promised 2 day shipping and I have not even received a confirm or any comms---and the order has no shipping info listed. Need these books quickly, so this is a real issue. Half.com appears to be totally unreliable."

"I was paranoid about buying from these guys, seeing mixed reactions from people posting here. I was purchasing a high end camera for my son who is studying photography in college, so I was concerned about blowing our budget on a ripoff/scam. But I did see a lot of positive reviews, so I took and chance and I'm glad I did. We picked up a Canon 7D and a couple of lenses and a memory card for a CONSIDERABLE savings. I could not find anyone that came close to these guys in pricing. To top it of I screwed up and accidentally ordered a bundle that was for the wrong camera---and when I called--I got a human being who helped me fix the order. In addition, I ordered on a Monday afternoon and needed the camera by Friday--so I paid for expedited shipping and was assured we'd get it by Friday. It arrived WEDNESDAY. And everything we got was as advertised. Real camera, lenses--boxes, warranty, and all. So my experience was great. Saved (literally) hundreds of dollars (spent $1650, for what would have cost $2k elsewhere)."
