"I ordered my father's Christmas present on the 11th of november, after 3 weeks of pending I contacted customer support and they said they will check with the warehouse and mail me. Nothing. I contacted again and they said my product was out of stock, which I highly doubt cuz people could still buy it weeks after I paid for mine. They said I should cancel my order. But why should I? They were in the wrong. I pressed on and they said they will check with the warehouse and mail me (again). If I don't ask about my order they would have never updated me? Never ordering from them again."
