Terrible site, use g2a instead
"I tried returning something and you can't even submit a ticket. It just says "please wait." From the look of it, they probably don't even have a customer support service at all. I don't even know how the site hasn't even been shut down yet. They took twenty dollars that I won't be getting back. I initially was interested in this site mainly because they sold games for such a cheap price. I was skeptical at first, but I decided to give it a try. Please, for anyone reading this, please listen to your gut. If they're selling a 60 dollar game for 15 bucks, it's just too good to be true. Do not make the same mistake that others and I have made. Consider using g2a instead, where you can INSTANTLY get what you bought, for a REASONABLE price."
