"Worst store ever.
First purchase may seemed to go through well.
But afterwards, endless unauthorized charges!
The store front of fraudulent charges!
Don't ever buy anything from the store!
Removed my credit card from their site months ago.
Yet they just charged me recently for a "free shipping service package of $69.99" that I never signed up for."

"Nice Shipping. For heavy Items, it's always good to have "above $25, free shipping". Can't beat the free shipping when the price is about the same. Had experience with the Buy.com third part offer such as "complete home" etc. It says for $10 gift coupons, but the process is awful.
Don't ever play with those third party related Gift Coupon Offers. It takes a lot of time and wastes a lot of energy.
Besides that .. buy.com really sucks at return policy ... at least the way they wrote it in their return policy."

"Moderate to Low priced Items (Not the lowest, but the service is GREAT, no better services else where). If price difference is within 5~10%. I'd always recommend everyone to go for newegg.
Awesome Combo Deals (a huge save!)
Fast & mostly free Shipping.
Return process is easy. (Be aware whether you're getting full refund or with 15% restock fee)
Fast customer service, and really nice attitude.
They really go the "extra miles" for you.
Also, be sure to register for the e-letters. Newegg's ad is the only one I subscribe to. (because it's the only one with useful ad / true savings)"
