"Will not purchase from again, unless I can wait for an undetermined amount of time for my product. I ordered a barebones computer case and a heatsink/fan for a cpu on a Saturday. I was building this for a buddy's daughter in college and promised it by the following weekend. The barebones came in super fast on Monday but not the heatsink. On Wednesday I get an email saying that the heatsink is on backorder but when I ordered it, it was in stock according to the website. As I'm typing this the website still says its in stock. So I call customer service and their database is down so he can't even tell me if a comparable model is really "in stock". He further explains that "in stock" only means that TigerDirect has one in stock somewhere whether it is a retail store or the warehouse for online orders. And he is unable to cancel my backorder at this time either because the database is down. Their prices and shipping charges were very reasonable but....Unless you can wait for it I would look elsewhere."

"Best price i could find on the silent boost heatsink and fan, product exactly as advertised, fast shipping not to mention numerous shipping options and methods. Ordered on the 6th got my stuff on the 8th from Texas to northern Indiana Not too bad. 'Nuff said. I am building another system and am going to use them for everything this time!"

"Only four words are necessary to describe Newegg.... NewEgg is number ONE!
I built my first computer from parts ordered entirely from NewEgg in October '02. And since then have built 2 other computers which took about 6 or 7 separate orders from NewEgg to complete. NOT ONCE have I had a SINGLE problem with ANYTHING. Everything is as it seen on the site, is packaged properly, in stock if it says so, and arrives on time, undamaged just as you expect! I will never order anything online again from any other site but NewEgg.com (unless they don't carry it) and I have recommended everyone that I know that is into computers to them. Outstanding Job Newegg.com"
