Terrible Service Item has not even shipped and it's been 8 days!
"Company is a ripoff with terrible customer service and when you ask to speak to a manager they connect you to a damn voice mail, when you leave your message no one returns your call! I have ordered from Haband in the past with reasonable charges and reasonable shipping charges. I ordered two pairs of Jersey pants a week ago and the order is still in progress, the people I spoke to had horrible communications skills speaking broken English that was very difficult for me to understand! basically they told me that it takes 8 days to process an order and then another 8 days for it to be delivered; which is ridiculous! The prices are much higher than they use to be plus that have the gall to charge me $11.00 for shipping! what is this? I order from Amazon and I receive the merchandise within one or two days; and this rinky **** outfit is charging me 11.00 and taken a total of 16 days to receive the product, if I even receive it then. To Haband don't send me any more of your junk advertisements because I will never buy from you again"
"Escortradar customer service is terrible, they do not give you correct information, do not return calls and have an attitude that you are disturbing them. The quality of their product is terrible.
I have been using Escort Radar detectors for the past 25 years I have had several models which all were good. This latest model 9500IX is total junk.
I purchased this unit in July brand new, by October the whole unit was coming apart, I called Escort Radar and they told me that they had made a bad batch of 9500IX and that they would exchange it for a brand new unit. I sent it back and received a new unit within a week. I subscribed to the database for 3 years and I update the unit as soon as a new update becomes available. Here is the problem with this unit.
When I am coming to a red light camera the unit will alert me on one side of the road but not the other, this has happened at two different intersections. I have going through both intersections with the first 9500IX and it worked fine on any side of the road, I traveled. I called Escort Technical support and they could not give me a reason, they said they would call me back but never did. in addition $500.00 is way to expensive, if it worked perfect I could justify the cost, maybe... I also left two messages with the customer service manager and he has not returned either call."

It has been 8 days and I have not received the item. The price was great but good price or no good price, if it takes a month of Sundays to receive the item, I would rather spend a few dollars more and go to my local Circuit City and have it the same day. Buy.Com offered free shipping and that is too much. They have the most ludicrous delivery system I have ever seen; UPS picks-up the package from their warehouse, then it is taken to a UPS sorting facility, then it is taken to The United States Postal service, the United States Postal is then responsible for transport and delivery of the merchandise, and get this
it is BULK mail which takes forever to have delivered, who knows what kind of condition it will arrive in. Forget Buy.Com and their free shipping!"
"Stay away from this company. I ordered a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer. The mouse was suppose to be brand new. I received the mouse in a reasonable period of time, no complaints here. When the mouse arrived it was in a flat FED EX box, when I opened the box the only thing there was a mouse in a plastic bag, no software and no setup guide. I pluged the mouse into my computer, the center wheel worked to scroll up and down, but no side to side, a few minutes later the center wheel did not work at all. I called customer service and was told that they would send me a RMA number and email with the shipping label, I paid for 3 day delivery, but now they informed me that they would only send me the replacement via ground 5 to 7 days.So far I have not received the shipping label from them or any other email from them. I went to a local store to compare the product and found-out that the mouse does come in a retail box with set-up instructions and a CD to install the proper drivers. I recalled the company and ask why they did not send me the software, the customer rep. knew noting about software comming with the unit, she said she would check on it and if she could get the software she would send it to me.
I have a feeling that the product they sent me was either refurbished or used. I saved just a few dollars but got loads of aggrivation. I will never deal with these people again."
