Replacement HP 96 Ink Cartridge - Black - C8767WN
"Got the printer head and of course the printer told me it was not an original. Its just that it seems none of these last more than 6 months and then I start getting "check printer head on the right" and going crazy trying to get them to work. I used to buy 2-3 at a time but realized its just not worth buying more than 1 and then replace it when I start to have a problem. Yes I appreciate that these are much cheaper than the originals and I'm thankful you still refill used cartridges."

Good Customer Service but Ridiculously Poor Shipping with Damage
"I ordered the DreamLine Neo Shower. I received the first base damaged. The problem is that the base is not being packed well. Called and customer service was great and said they would send a new base. I was supposed to be contacted when the order went to the warehouse. Never heard until I got an email ready to ship. Ok so I waited 8 days from start to finish and got the replacement. Again it was damaged but now I have no choice because they need to get going to finish the job. I was very disappointed because whoever is packing these bases are not inspecting them because I assume they are made somewhere else. If not then whoever is packing them needs to make a better more well cushioned and protected box."
