"The most stressful experience of my life still waiting for my refund of 165.88, 3 and a half weeks later they sent my order to UK cause they said they ran out of the cell phone I ordered knowing that UK do not deliver to Canada please stay away from this site, they say 7 to 14 days for the refund still waiting since October 08, 2021 got 2 answer from them and no explanation except trying to blame it on my bank, they should be shut down trustpilot is not even giving an alert on this guys I don't get it!
I'm handicap it took me 8 months to save that money and got no phone and no refund but I will keep bugging them and report to anti-fraud with my Bank and the police agencies all throughout the world I will write to all of them but I will get my money back!!!!! Please do the same in each country write to your anti-fraud department call your local police department they will give you there email addresses!! God I'm mad they STOLE from an handicap with a high rent and small pension to survive on! Was mugged 3 times in one year that's why I needed that phone!!! How can they do this knowing that UK do not deliver to my country IT KILLING ME!!! They have no conscience just like robbers every agencies should get together to do something about them! They should be punish for stealing so many countries it's unreal!!!!!!!!!!!!! God I'm mad at them!!!! Them worth a fat 0nop star at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
