True customer service!
"I called to reorder my contacts explaining I would not be reordering again as they had torn multiple times. Not realizing the person I was talking to was the supervisor until the end of my conversation. Peter could not have been more polite, courteous and helpful. It’s his kind of true customer service that will make me remain a customer."
