EXCELLENT Customer Service
"I've been ordering from Kratora for multiple years and have never had any issues with any delivery. Last week I received a bag of Green Thai and somehow the bag got a small cut during shipping. I let Kratora know about the cut and that only a couple of tablespoons were spread out in the shipping bag so it wasn't too upsetting. They immediately shipped a brand new bag of Green Thai first thing in the morning, I received the shipping notice before their response even came through which is pretty great service IMO. I will always order from Kratora and they are a company that believes in their product."

Great Company!
"I've ordered a few times from FastTech and have had a great experience every time I've ordered. One shipment got stuck in customs for a few weeks but there's nothing they can do about that. Every product has been exactly what I expected. I will definitely buy from them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."
