"Everything went as expected, except for 1 thing. I didn't expect to have to pay for "insurance" on my order. It is typically the shippers responsibility to make sure things are packaged well for shipping, and it's the carriers responsibility to make sure it gets where it's going, in one piece. However, without this insurance, I took it that PlumbersStock wouldn't replace the product if I didn't purchase the insurance. It doesn't say that, but it does say that, if you want your product protected, you must include the insurance. It wasn't much, but it was something that I had not budgeted for."

"Ordering was easy. Customer service rep notified me that my material was on back-order with the mfr and that it would be about a week before it shipped. The material was delivered in less than a week from his call, so waiting for the order was a non-issue. Rep was courteous and polite. I will definitely use this company in the future."
