"Product was just as described and the price was very good. Unbeknownst to anyone there were some issues going on with the "license/product key" server, so the key didn't arrive as promptly as was expected. This was finally resolved, over a couple of days, an unanswered email and ultimately a call to customer service. The problem was then identified and resolved while I was on the phone. Everything ended fine, it just took a couple of days longer than expected. I'll deal here again, but will allow a little more leeway for delivery, just in case...."
