"A vinyl record case was purchased from this company in the amount of $89.99. Upon receiving the item, both clapse were broken, therefore making the vinyl record case unusable. The item was purchased through Ebay and shipping was prompt, however, the item received was damaged. After calling the company customer service department, they directed me to email them with the item number and pictures of the item. I did this and received an email back stating that they would provide a partial refund of $5.00. ARE YOU SERIOUS?????????! They then told me the partial refund was for me to have the item "fixed" locally. I requested a full refund and they then responded saying they would give me $15 instead of $5. This was a case amounting to $89.99 and they only want to give me $15.00 for it when I told them if they would provide me with the shipping label, I would be more than happy to return the item to them at their cost (since they sent me a damaged item) and expected a full refund. They now will not get back to me. I called the customer service department once again, they asked me if the $15.00 refund was okay with me? I said "absolutely not! I want to return the item at your cost and receive a full refund." They put me on hold and after 10 minutes hung up the phone."
