Bad product/Poor service
"I bought a APPLE IPHONE 4S CELLET CERTIFIED 30-PIN TO USB CABLE and It failed in less than 90 days. I thought they might replace it but I was on hold for 15 minutes and then sent to voice mail!
I haven't
received a call back! $13.00 wasted plus the time and aggravation , went to Walgreens and replaced it for $8.00!"

"The phone didn't come with any support material, I paid for an extended warranty but didn't have any support material on that either and well I didn't even get an invoice in the box leaving me to have to call several times."
