"Very slow order process, dishonest customer representatives, avoid these guys. Their CSR would lie to get me not to cancel my order, and when I found out that they were lying to me, they wouldn't admit it because I hold no evidence. I oughta start recording CSR converstations."

"I never bought from this company. But, I used to work for them. Take my advise, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I quit the job because the boss is just unreasonable when it comes to customer service, he believes in charging customers in every way possible because he always thinks it's the customer's fault. Let alone that, the stuffs that he sells are mostly of poor quality, some are even homemade by himself. By the way, the owner/manager is only 19 years old, no kidding."
