The Worst Customer Service
"Spend your money elsewhere. This company has the worst customer service I have seen. After purchasing multiple items of jewelry in one day, I requested combined shipping. You would think I was asking for their first born child. The response was ridiculous and no one was willing to accommodate a simple shipping request. I followed up with the merchant that was selling through property room directly and became extremely concerned. This was not a reputable merchant and they could not remember the business name they were using. After speaking to the merchants they are partnered with, I do not have confidence in the legitimacy of their products."
