Can't understand why anyone would buy from this company.
"I ordered a switch for my truck. The Parts Geek database gave me the incorrect part number, which is no big deal because their are two different switches used in that year and model truck. I realized right away that the part did not look like the part I removed from my truck. That's when the problem started. The phone "customer service" person said it was my fault because they sent me the part number I ordered, which is true, except for the fact that I ordered the part number that they said was correct for my truck and it wasn't the right part. She said I would have to return the part. Which I did by priority mail. The part was delivered back to them. A day later I get a message saying they cant process a refund without tracking number, which is irrelevant because the part had already been delivered. I might have sent it regular mail, which would have given me no tracking number. I have not received a refund."

"Everything was done on the schedule promised. The watch that had not run in 30 years was repaired and returned in working order.
I would recommend that those looking for quality watch repair use these services.
