"The name Quinn Lipin CEO, Singlesnet.com has been conducting fraudulent activities for years now. Singlenet is using fake women that want to talk on different email addresses and can't hardly understand English. I signed up and then canceled my subscription when I found this out, and I requested a refund, no refund and no emails returned. Paypal is also running fraudulent activities after a fight trying to get a refund from them as well. Paypal explained that singlesnet is a good customer because they bring in a lot of business, so Paypal refused to help me. Watch out! Both companies are fraudulant and should be reported to BBB, etc. SinglesNet.com - Cannot connect to site! SinglesNet.com - fake emails to get you to join-beware SinglesNet.com - They lie! "Dex Online Media - Yellow Pages We tried advertising with Dex Online Media and just a note. This company is nice until you sign the papers. We wrote an X mark as a comment that we needed to see proof of the ad. They never sent us the proof and they have the yellow page ad out and requested we pay or they would send us to collections. **Warning** before you advertise, don't sign anything and don't trust this company. Pretty much they are a rip-off! Watch out!"

"The worst experience I have ever had. They ripped me off, and rating the support for ViaTalk from 1-10, I rate them a big 1. I cancelled my subscription after just 8 days of my trail and they would not refund my money. I sent back the hardware and they charged me for the hardware with no missing components. I am not happy and I still have not received a return even now April 18th 2007. I have turned these guys into BBB and called my bank to get my money returned. Suggestion: Go with someone beside these losers List of people to watch out for at ViaTalk: Thomas Ryan is rude, Dayna Carbo, Ken Kobin. The one person that was rude was Thomas Ryan, a real loser!"

"I visited Bestbuy just yesterday at 4:53pm and was ready to pickup an order for a new Seagate 400mb hard drive. I waited at the pickup counter, and waited, and waited, and waited and finally was asked if I need help after about 15 minutes. I watched the girl and she wasn't doing anything and they never said "I'll be with you in a few minutes" I got nothing! I then explained I was picking up an order and the girl was really nice, but I'll tell yea, this store lacks customer service. I Rate it a big ole 0. I also was listening to another customer having problems with an iPod purchase. I listened to the conversation from Geek Squad balling out a little 13 year kid for screwed up the iPod and they wouldn't even help them. What a bunch of jerks! I don't think I'll ever shop there again unless I'm forced to. My hard drive needs returning after just one day but I guess this wasn't Bestbuys fault. I waited to return item and I had to wait over 25 minutes and the store wasn't even busy. Not one person was helping me out! Out of like 7 Bestbuy people and I was the only person at the counter and I got nothing. Manager needs to be fired!!"

"The best purchase I ever made. Easy to order from and delivery was fast! I will never go to trash sites like BZBOYZ or BESTBUY ever again. I'm staying with NEWEGG were prices are reasonable and products are NOT outdated like most Salem companies."

"Ordered from BZBOYZ on 12/09/2003, never received product. They tell me the package was lost and they're dealing with the delivery service DHL to get a refund, but I never get updates nor anything else. I was told three weeks ago it would be refunded and now they say it maybe another two to three more weeks. They even had the guts to say they have better support then Newegg. Contacted them at 5pm PT and now they explained it would only be two days for a refund."
