"They have excellent customer and sales service. I called in twice after I ordered the Laptop with questions and their staff was knowledgable, courteous, and helpful. These are qualities that are a must when I order products. I received my order faster than the initial ship date which was a huge plus as well. I am very happy with my experience with Alienware, not to mention I have one mean gaming laptop."
