"My machine recently developed a problem with the operating system. One of the fixes was to wipe out the system and do a reload. There were several additional programs on the machine that I had purchased and downloaded from Softwarekeep. I contacted them and explained the situation. I got a response from Daniel almost immediately. Without any hassle he forwarded links to reload everything I had purchased from Softwarekeep at no charge. It has been my experience in the past that most companies would have said too bad you have to buy it again."
