"I ordered an 8 GB Compact Flash Card on Tuesday March 6 and got an e-mail informing me that the cards should come in on Wednesday.
They did and were sent out the same day and delivered on Friday. Excellent!"
"I bought an ASPIRE X-SUPERALIEN (Case) with a 500W powersupply on december 12. I built the computer but when I turned it on nothing happened.
I put in an Antec powersupply and it worked.
I got an RMA number and sent the defective power supply back to Newegg and they got it on december 21. Nothing happened so on March 31 I sent an e-amil and I got an answer today saying that the power supply is good?? and " the only available option for you is to purchase a 500W power supply as an upgrade." UPGRADE ????
I bought a lot from Newegg and it always worked out very good but if you need to return something it's obviously a problem.
Update: April 4 2005
I've got an e-mail from Newegg and everything is solved now, hopefully I will have the power supply tomorrow.
I also got a credit of $50.00 towards my next purchase.
I hope this was a one time mess up which can happen to anyone.
I will continue buying from Newegg and think it will work out as smoothly as it has before."

"Ordered an Epson 2200, paper and a Matte Black ink cartridge on March 24, got an order confirmation the same day and an e-mail that it had shipped on the 26:th. Tracked the order and it arrived to Hilton Head Island, SC on Thursday 27:th and I picked it up at Fedex location on Friday 28:th. Everything went very smooth.
Before this I had cancelled two orders of the same printer because the companies I ordered from didn't have it in stock although it said it was in stock on there websites.
I will definitely buy from B&H again."
