Filters are not correctly sized
"I ordered 5" Scuttle filters and they are not correctly sized. Measured what I received and it is not the same as the OEM that was in the unit. What I was sent is to big and would not even fit. Called customer service and they had me measure both OEM and their filter while on the phone. All I got was "we don't have a filter that size". I did receive a return tag and am waiting for the credit on my credit card."
