Company is so so
"I purchased a really cool logo and designed with my custom registered domain through godaddy.com. The design was exactly I wanted. So I purchased it. I am able to make modifications as many times as I like for 12 months. So then I decided I needed business cards. So far my experience was good so I figured, "Why Not!". I designed the cards with ease and when I was happy I ordered them. They were delivered in less than 8 days. This is where it went to crap. The business cards were printed wrong on one side. Both sides were duplicated when the information on the design I created was different. I immediately sent in a complaint and they responded with me needing to send in pictures of the cards. So I did. They said they did a re-order and that was 3 weeks ago. No phone support, only email and live chat. So after several back and forth emails I did a live chat. Customer service swears the re-order was placed and I should be getting my new printed cards with in a few days, yet there is no tracking number or indication on my account a re-order was ever completed as they say on their end has. Beware if you plan on doing business with this company. Kind of shaddy if you ask me. Oh and yes, they are "NOT" and I repeat, "NOT" free."
