"Battery Bob not only has great prices, fast (usually free) shipping, but also OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Have a question about a battery, or which will work best in your device? Just send Bob an email and he'll send you a personal answer, not a bunch of canned cut and paste stuff. Bob's knowledge of batteries is reflected throughout the batterybob.com website.
Shipping is ALWAYS fast too. I discovered I needed LR44 and LR1130 batteries on a Saturday evening. I placed the order Saturday night, it was shipped on Sunday (I don't think Bob ever sleeps or takes a day off), and I received it (from Florida to Washington State) on Tuesday -- with free shipping!
A great combination of prices (buy more, save more), fast free shipping, and outstanding customer service sets the bar very high for other internet retailers."

"After ordering a different CPU cooler from a different reseller and waiting three days to find out it was out of stock (although the site said it was in stock), I ordered a Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 from Moddersmart. The site not only said it was in stock, but also showed how many were on hand! I ordered in the early afternoon on Monday (and received a confirmation email) and it was shipped by the end of the day (and received a confirmation email with a tracking number). It arrived on time, well packaged and undamaged.
I'll definitely be back to buy from these guys again."
