"The ammo that I purchased was sent by UPS and was never delivered. UPS said it was refused, then sent it to a local access point where it sat for a week then was sent back. Lucky Gunner sent me an email charging me for the shipping and restocking fee. After contacting them and explaining the problems with UPS they said they would give me store credit for about half of what I paid. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and a month later they put the charge back on my card and said to contact Lucky Gunner which I did and now they said they will not honor the store credit. So basically, I paid $94.00 for two boxes of ammo and have nothing to show for it."
"There web site is well laid out and easy to navigate. I called customer service and actually got to talk to a real person and they were very helpful with completing my order.
