Mor Money, Poor Quality!
"Ordered a hard tonneau cover for my truck, when it arrived it was packaged without any of its mounting information and hardware. I had a very limited selection to choose from due to my travel time constraints. Because of that, they pushed the sale of their higher price covers to get the required rapid delivery.
It was fast, so fast they didn’t pack the correct parts….thats their quality standard.
Unfortunately, the only purpose and reason for buying it made the thing useless. Called customer service after opening it and was told it would be at least 2-3 “business” days before anything could be done - go figure.
Fun trip, our travel belongings suffered through the rain, snow and muddy road conditions.
Final thought, the sales and customer service reps were professional, but that must be all Real Truck focused on. Get the sale and then deal with the poor manufacturing, packaging and shipping issues after. Must have skipped the ‘quality’ aspect of the whole process.
Guess I have a sweet useless paperweight now.
One last thing, thanks for reminding me that if I send it back to you, I need to ensure all the parts are properly sealed in the packaging. Good job!!
Would hate for you to be missing anything.
