"wouldn't give me my tickets or let me log in lady at office had the nerve to tell me oh yeah your tickets are not valid and were under new management so yeah i asked her so i cant get my tickets or refund said no that will be you to call your own bank and file a complaint. No help at all i was unaware never & received an email with that notice would've never known till i got to concert thanks for ruining my moms bday gift."
