"Product arrived much faster than anticipated. Ordered it on Saturday, arrived on Wednesday. Product was packaged well. No disappointments.
I did have to return a call from customer support because I shipped it to a different address than my billing address and they wanted me to confirm this, but no hassle. Arrived 2 days later."

"Best price I could find on the Internet for Panasonic TC-P50G25 50" Class Viera® G25 Series Plasma HDTV. Problem is, I found a better deal for the same exact tv but in 3D a few days later. I tried to cancel and have the item returned before it had arrived at my house, but I was told they would charge me $150 to have it returned. I decided it wasn't worth it. They used a non-standard shipping company that took some time to get the TV to my house."
