Terrible Customer Service
"Over the three years I have bought numerous parts from Zip while rebuilding a car I had. They have always had terrible response time when I had a problem and they don't follow the schedule they give you on delivering parts and it is always someone else's fault. Finally when you are at the end the road and they can't send the part and they have no other excuses they just stop taking your calls and ignore your emails. I would not order another part from them for any reason."
