"Worst customer service ever!!!!! I ordered a trampoline on March 26th which was supposed to ship on April 9th. On April 10th I emailed to request shipping information and received no response. On April 13th I called and was told they didn’t know where the trampoline was but would email me a response by the end of the day and I received no response. On April 14th I called again and again was told they didn’t know where my trampoline was but they would find out and call me back and again I received no response. Than on April 15th I finally get an email saying the trampoline is out of stock and they don’t know when or if it will be back in stock and they are canceling my order...that I was charged for 20 days ago!!!!"
