"I ordered an External Hard Drive from TigerDirect and it could not be delivered in a timely manner. After countless contacts, I had the order cancelled and confirmed online that that indeed was the status. The item got shipped anyway and I could not get the item stopped. Before delivery, I contacted the seller and asked for an RMA in order to get a quick return. I was told they could not do that but to deny the delivery. I kept denying delivery with FEDEX but after the third time it was dropped off without any interaction that I could provide. I then called TIGERDIRECT and asked for a RMA and that was three days ago. I explained to the rep it was due to their error to begin with but it was talking to a stone wall. Still waiting for a RMA that should have been provided earlier. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE."

"I ordered a hard drive Jan 7, 2022 that showed "In Stock" and when it processed the order it showed a delivery of February 10, 2022. FTC rules state 'By law, you must have a reasonable basis for stating that a product can be shipped within a certain time. If your advertising doesn't clearly and prominently state the shipment period, you must have a reasonable basis for believing that you can ship within 30 days." They are preventing me from obtaining a drive from another source even though I have asked them to cancel the order. Worst company ever."
