"On October 2005, I ordered a heater for $57.99. The product, delivered by fedex 10 days later, was damaged. I contacted the customer support which issued a return authorization. The package was picked up by Fedex the following day. Since then, despite numerous email and certified mail, I could never get my money back. The company first ignored my requests and now pretends that the package was never received. After 10 months, I filed a complain to the Federal Trade Commission and transferred the case to my lawyer. If you don’t want to find yourself in such a situation, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
