"I ordered 80 roses for my mother for her 80th birthday. 12 roses arrived and I spent the day on the phone trying to arrange for the other six dozen to be sent. The customer service reps, and then a manager, gave me every excuse in the book including that it was a courier issue when it clearly was not. They also asked me to prove my mother had only received 12 roses! When the rest finally arrived that evening, after many phone calls, the roses were all red instead of a variety of colors, like the first 12. A botched job from start to finish. Very disappointing."
