"Terrible experience, I waited 7 1/2 months for a back ordered guitar, before I gave up an went to Sweetwater.
I understand the back order and its just the way things are right now, but there was no communication , no answers, no return contact from Steven Segal one of their guitar reps. ( maybe he should stick with Karate Movies,and not do sales) he said he would contact the manufacturer to get more info. Never heard back. I called the manufacturer myself and received a reply from them in a day. I never heard back from anyone at Sam Ash that said they would look into it and contact me. Polite customer service people over the phone, just no follow up and it really makes customers feel unimportant...i wonder if they really use the recorded phone conversations for customer service training purposes as they say they do. They really need to change the way they do things. I was drawn in by the long term financing options they offered. I learn my lesson, Sweetwater from here on out. they treat their customers like gold there. Lots of follow up,emails updates, quality sales reps. even free candy when they send your order. Sam Ash should take a few lessons. I really hate writing a bad review, however if it helps someone avoid the headache then great. I really hope Sam Ash can get things turned around"
