Quality product, overwhelmed shipping
"I ordered a sweatshirt that was said to arrive before Christmas, but it shipped late and didn't arrive until after. Other than that it was a good experience and we ultimately received what appears to be a high quality garment."

Great prices, poor site design
"My catchy title says it all. I normally use Firefox or Chrome for web browsing. Almost abandoned my cart because I couldn't see all the available sizes of a suit I was interested in! Finally I fired up IE11 and was able to select the item I wanted. Clean up the user experience of the website across all modern browsers and platforms and you'll be doing yourself a big favor."
