"Excellent response within minutes I got calls from 3 quality contractors. Only problem was that first quote similar to second but when they arrived 10amish they asked for 50% more and would take 3days instead of quoted 2 days. This caused a week delay to hire 2nd contractor. Get a site visit unless they can guarantee quote will not change a lot upon arrival. Second contractor honored quote and completed work in 2days — worked 9-4:30ish."
