"This is a very bad store. I purchased a spyder2 Pro from them on line. I never received an e-mail notification confirming the purchase. A week later i called and the customer service person said that it shipped. I inquired further, where upon this person said she would check the shipping record. When i asked for a tracking number she said that they don't give out tracking numbers. She then said she would contact shipping and see what has happened, that it looks like it may not have shipped. When i asked if she would have it sent express mail she didn't sound very promising. Buyer beware - look at the other reviews - i wish i had read them first.
btw - i can't get to their web site now because it has expired or is pending renewal. They inform me that they are still in business. Ugh...
I called back asked for money back, told them about the other bad review here... big mistake.
Calibration-Direct's customer service person (woman) read this review, called me up saying that they wouldn't help me and told me to "go F*** myself". She then hung up immediately. End of story - no further contact to date. I called Citibank and informed them of the apparent fraud. This is obviously a very poor company to do business with - i have reported them to the better business bureau, contacted their internet service provider and merchant provider."
