"The webpage says I can check my shipment through fedex but they do not give any information on their webpage after my purchase was made.
I did get an email that shows that they received my order that also solicited a resellerratings review but no shipping information or tracking information.
A little while later fedex mailed me shipment notification for Colerexpress with a tracking number. It looks like they shipped my order promptly and it will arrive on time.
Other than that the website was decent, but nothing special, just a front end for a yahoo store. The prices seem fair.
Package arrived everything came as expected on time."

"I received order confirmation but NO confirmation of shipment. I have called this company several times and emailed them several times. I just kept getting the automated message to call someone there. When I threatened them about calling my cardholder to file a complaint and to stop all payments to their company. They finally called me back and told me they would cancel my order because I was difficult. I will never order from this company again. Basically they scammed me for my personal information and cc number. I now have to call my cc company and file a complaint. Hopefully they get their ability to take visa/mastercard pulled."

"This company fraudulently took my personal information and credit card number knowingly not having the item in stock that I ordered. I would not order from this company again since they have items on their website that have been discontinued by the manufacturers over a year ago that they list as in stock just to get customers. Maybe they will realize they can't run a business without having the items in stock they advertise."

"Prices ok, only found 2 things worth ordering. Shipping priced right. Took an extra couple days to ship, probably won't order from them again since they stalled the order to try and get they rush handling fee.
UPDATE: Items showing up for delivery today. surprise! I checked yesterday and didn't expect to see them until friday."

"I ordered my item on Tuesday 2day shipping. Thursday I called for a tracking number because it wasn't posted on the web. I was told it wasn't going out until Monday. I said I was going to file a complaint and was sent to a manager who gave me the run around and could not tell me if it was had been shipped or was shipped. I canceled my order and filed a complaint with PayPal."
