"I placed an order on 1/4/06. Checked my credit card statement online 2 days later and saw the order was charged to my credit card. Called them on 1/11/06 and the guy told me the item wasn't in stock therefore item wasn't shipped. He said let him go check in the warehouse. Came back and told me that the item was actually in stock, and he would ship right away. Called them on 1/12/06, and again they told me the same thing, plus order wasn't processed therefore item wasn't shipped. He'll process it right now and ship it right away. It seems like there are only two people working for this company."
"They sent me an email saying the order was shipped on Jan 3rd via Express mail. It's Jan 12th now, and I haven't received it yet. I've sent an email to them. Let's see what they'll say.
Just got an email from them on 1/14/06:
