"I've made two purchases from this store in the last month, one for a Niveus remote and one for a USB-UIRT after I decided that the Niveus didn't fit my tastes. Both were shipped quickly and the paypal payment was completely integrated (at many other places paypal = delays)
I'd definately buy from them again if they had something I needed, the only downside about this place is the small stock, but really its a very targeted customer base, so it makes sense."

"I took a chance buying from a reseller that didn't have any real reviews here (This place is my bible of reliability for resellers!) but everything turned out well :) I was pointed in there direction by a post over at anand linking to a Radisys FlexATX mobo being sold and I decided to purchase it for a small pc project i've been working on.
Price was great, $26 shipped compared to around $40-60 shipped for a comparable gateway board on ebay. Item shipped in a timely fashion, I beleive I ordered either late saturday night or sunday morning and the order status page showed it was shipped monday afternoon. Overall shipping took about four days, but was very fast if you consider that I am in the southern USA and they are in Canada.
Overall it was a smooth transaction, the only thing I would recommend they do is send confirmation emails for order shipments and such, although that info is already available on their site :)"

"These guys will go to any length to avoid honoring their own pricematch policies. I still order from them occasionally because with coupons+pm they have some incredible deals, but it usually takes quite a few tries to get a csr that will honor their own policies. BAD seller, only use them if you can get a steal using coupon codes and such, if you can get what you want for the same price elsewhere then do so."

"Ordered a motherboard, epox 8RDA+ which was shown as in stock. The day before they were listed as sold out but due to the update it seemed as if they got more in. Nope, looks like they were trying to rake in some christmas cash and bs until they actually show up. They charged my card immediately and I just now receive an email stating that the item was discontinued on 12/23? First and last attempt with this seller!
I'm going back back to newegg, at least their inventory system is accurate.
I hope they dont give me hell about refunding my order total, I'll update when thats taken care of.
edit: got a response, they are waiting a day to refund my money. why? who knows, its not like it takes much effort to punch in 12 numbers and an amount and press send.
edit again: just now got a response (late afternoon 12/26) they "issued a credit" to my card and it will be another 1-2 days until I see my money. NEVER AGAIN with this company.
update: early morning 12/28 checked my account on the way home from the movies, my bank is pretty fast processing account credits from places like paypal (although they NEVER should have done this type of transaction, should have been a direct refund which was instant) but alas no money yet. I'm going to check again this evening."

"Ordered a set of rounded cables.
PROS: Good prices. Way oversized shipping boxes with extra packaging.
CONS: No way to actually check your order status except to see what you purchased. Automatically sign you up for their spam list!"

"Was considering ordering a dvd-rw drive from these people, thank god I didn't! I've ordered twice from them and had two bad experiences, should have learned the first time.
First transaction I ordered a board from them and it was doa, both electricaly and it had physical signs of damage from VERY poor shipping methods. Arrived on time though, and for a decent price. They insist that returns be sent via priority mail to speed up the process yet they are so cheap and carless when it comes to customer service that they spent almost nothing on return shipping. Took over THREE weeks.
Second transaction I ordered some chips from them with overnight shipping through their website. When they didn't show the next day I called to find that they didnt offer overnight shipping on many of their products although they are more than willing to tell you that they do and charge you for it, which is exactly what they did. I finally got it resolved but the customer service was terrible and took multiple calls. Also I was never given an order number and it's rather difficult to get anyone to take you seriously without one.
Made the mistake of dealing with them twice and never will again. Hope no one else does either.
(btw- transaction date is a rough estimate, dont know where original paperwork is)"

"Pretty good prices and overall a good transaction. Only negative aspect is that their online order status was never updated from "pending", and it still says that even though the order was completed. Aside fromthis bug, I am completely satisfied with the transaction."

"Update 1/18/03 - Ordered a 8RDA+ on 1/9/03, got here a bit slow but thats fedex's problem not newegg's. Board was great and very well packed. Ordered a 1700+ tbred last night, will update again with what im sure to be a great rating when it gets here.
As always transaction was fast and problem free. Bought a refurb lite-on 40x12x48x burner, great price and problem free."
