"I recently purchased a pair of headphones but when I looked back a few days later I noticed they were currently being sold at a lower price. As I had not received mine yet I used the live chat function to speak to a representive. She was very helpful and agree to an adjustment. With this type of service I will be shopping here more often. I appreciate a company that works with their customers and is reputable. thanks"
