"I had the exact same experience but with even more frustration and ongoing outright robbery. When I entered the Dealfind code, there was a glitch and the code did not go through. I had "Dealfind Dollars" as a refund from a previous experience with a fraudulent vendor, and I entered my credit card number to cover whatever was leftover, a few dollars. Turns out the card number was then taken as a full price order. I got in touch right away and they assured me that they would immediately remove the charge. And I went ahead and did the Dealfind order correctly.
However, I now find that they billed my credit card for the full price of $423.00 or so on November 29! Nowhere near the November 9 date all the ordering snafus occurred. Just out of the blue, and needless to say I've never received any merchandise from them just the same string of lying emails.
I am now preparing to pursue them for a refund if they are still in business, which is difficult to ascertain. Have also registered a dispute with the credit card company. Outrageous. Although Dealfind has tried to treat me fairly with complaints, there is nothing they can do. I will never buy a coupon from them again."
