Fake Company and Poor Customer Service
"I wish I had known this Company's reputation before spending $150 on the purchase of of their useless massager/slimming product.
As soon as I got the product, it gave me skin rash and overheated my stomach so much that the burning sensation didn't go away for like 2 Hours. I contacted their customer service and the person responding to me kept asking me to show them the proof.
They are also one of the most rude Customer Department ever. Instead of saying that they have a no returns policy, he said that we do not need to mention everything in the advertisement. He also said that they have blocked me on their social media accounts because I was slandering their Company and they would never accept orders from me.Now can someone please tell them that after such an unpleasant business and losing $150 to their scam company, who would actually want to do business with them in the first place."
